Service Description
Our coaching consultation service is designed to support coaches at any level with planning, structure and decision making. Whether you need help building a training session, adjusting your game strategy or navigating tough coaching moments, we provide practical advice and proven methods to help you move forward with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with PlayVis, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services must be confirmed prior to the scheduled date, and any relevant details regarding the booking must be accurate at the time of submission. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that access to venues, equipment needs and other logistical requirements are communicated in advance. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your booking. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion under exceptional circumstances. If a service cannot be delivered due to weather, venue restrictions or factors outside our control, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost. In the event that a reschedule is not possible, a refund may be issued on a case by case basis. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
